Meet the owner: Sandra Miller
My love for weddings began as a teenager, dreaming of my own big day while dancing around to “Chapel of Love.” The joy and anticipation I felt then was unforgettable—only surpassed by the day I became a mother to my four beautiful daughters.
For 34 years, I worked as a superintendent in the construction industry, overseeing massive projects from the ground up. In that fast-paced world, I discovered a love for organization, design, and the little finishing touches that turn something built into something breathtaking. With a strong work ethic and an eye for detail, I took pride in everything I touched—and I carried that same passion into my family life.
When I had the opportunity to plan and decorate my daughters’ weddings (all except my youngest, Savannah—who’s still single for now!), I was overjoyed. These special moments—like weddings and the birth of a child—are sacred to me. They’re the heartbeat of life.
During the construction of this venue, I experienced an unimaginable loss: the passing of my eldest daughter. In the midst of creating a place to celebrate love, I was faced with the deepest grief. But even in sorrow, I felt her guiding presence. To honor her memory, I began placing special touches around the property—what I call Hearts to Heaven.
You’ll find them everywhere: the peaceful heart-shaped pond… another pond where Love Island rests quietly in the center… and at the ruins, a powerful sculpture of two hearts intertwined with an infinity symbol. These aren’t just features—they’re pieces of her spirit, here to remind all who visit that love endures, even through loss.
With four daughters, I also became the go-to for hair and beauty, which led me to earn my cosmetology license. But more than anything, my life’s mission has always been to empower others—to lift them up, believe in their worth, and help them realize their potential. That’s why so many have called me “Momma.”
I’ve always taught my girls: don’t let someone else’s path dim your light. Rise anyway. Love anyway. Live anyway. Life is a blessing. Don’t waste a day. Stay humble, stay strong, and always lead with love.
In loving Memory of Jennifer Lyn Miller
“I’ll always love you”
