All-In $12,000

The All-In package gives you total use of the entire property excluding the salon on Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 7am-10am. The All-In package includes a five day stay at The Guest House Wednesday-Sunday of the wedding week for the bridal party. This package is designed to take away stress by giving enough ample time on Friday to set up, and rehearse — Saturday, to relax and have fun on the most special day! A rehearsal dinner can be added on for a fee for this package.

Two-Day $10,800

The Two-Day package includes total use of the entire property (excluding the salon, and guest house) on Friday 8am-6pm, Saturday 8am-11pm, and Sunday 7am-10am. This package is designed by giving enough ample time on Friday to set up, and rehearse — and of course, Saturday plenty of time to relax & enjoy the most special day! Rehearsal dinner can be added onto this package as well.

One-Day $6,500

The One-Day package includes all of the amenities, and entire use of the property (excluding the salon, and guest house). This package was designed to give couples all of the amenities for only one day out of the week on Sunday-Thursday (excluding Tuesdays). The Bridal Party will come in at 7:00am to set up and have the property until 11:00pm, clean up time is allowed the following day from 7am-10am.

Micro $3,500

The Micro Wedding package is designed for couples that want to make their special day unforgettable with beautiful scenery without breaking the bank. This package includes a 4 hour window on any day of the week Sunday - Thursday (excluding Tuesday). The time slot for this package is up to the brides on how they want to utilize their time on property. (Ceremony only, Ceremony & Reception, etc). Also, this package is for any events that want to be booked: receptions, corporate events, or any school formals. If extra time is wanted to be added on top of the 4 hour window it is charged at a rate of $1,000 an hour.

Decor Package Add-On $2,800

Decor package add-on can be purchased in addition to your pacakge! Includes: mini cocktail bar with chamapnge wall, charcuterie cart with umbrella, decorated firepit seating area with florals candles & armchairs, sweetheart table backdrop & decorated table, reception tables decor (floral centerpieces, table number, candles, runners, and chargers), and a 20x20 high peak wedding tent.
